I like your idea of advertising on your blog. Why are the agents so crap? I don’t really need to ask that cos imho none of them are worth the money you pay but just wondered if they’d done anything specifically pants.

nothing ticket related. needed to send an international fax, they said it was fine, they’d happily do it (I’d pay obviously), then today met a rude manager/old person who didn’t have a clue how to communicate and was scared of some all-powerful line manager. idiots.
