OK, we have finally reached the end of the photos with this following shot…
I believe this was taken the day Alex arrived, after her little hiccup in Kaliningrad airport. If you want to read a little more about her trip over here, I’d recommend you go and read her blog – Dryad Musings.
We setup the the site whilst she was here, and Alex has already added a couple more posts since returning to her home. If you fancy reading posts that are a little more well written, rather than the normal stream of consciousness rubbish you normally find on my personal posts here :), then consider adding her to your bookmarks or even adding her feed to your reader.

You chose a strange order to post the photos. I hope your readers will not be confused – as am a little bit, even though I was there when majority of the pics were taken.

Lol, it is a little bit back to front – the last of the Alex photos being the very first one I took (not including the one before the first that was too dark so got discarded).
Although it could be seen as a message that although it is the last of the postings referencing my recent holiday there will be many more to come. By showing the beginning at the end it demonstrates how nothing really ceases but continues in a neverending spiral, revolving round and round but never actually passing the same place twice – the great spiral dance of life!
Hmm, that’s the pagan in me coming out. As for Chris’ kind recommendations to visit my site [big thank you] for more tales of our holiday you may have to be patient. I have a lot to catch up on and am back into the full swing of work work work so will be posting various anecdotes over the next week or so inbetween my everyday posts. As for being better written and less of the halfconscious rubbish that Chris claims he writes, don’t believe a word of it. I was always hideous at writing at school hence why I took all science and maths subjects at A level and I am now and accountant! That about says it all!

>>Irina, may I refer you to In-Laws meet Alex, re the order of these photos
>>Alex – np on the recommendation to visit your site, and unless people have already visited it, there is enough to keep them going for now… Also I’m sure they will not just be visiting to read about Kazakhstan, but also to discover just what sort of person you are. Don’t worry they won’t discover the truth for a while probably, so you should be safe 😛
