This was taken on the 14th May 2009, when we were grabbing a few hours rest at a hotel next to the airport in Almaty, before flying over to Astana.

Hooray! We are now into Kazakhstan photos of Anna. I wonder how long it will take to catch up? Chris, if you do not want to skip straight to the current ones then maybe at least alternate old and current (from the proper camera, not just the phone)photos. If anyone agrees, please show your support here 🙂

If I continue with the current rate of posts, it should take a couple of weeks roughly. If anyone feels strongly enough, and knows English (which unfortunately rules out her family) feel free to leave a comment saying so.
I’ll probably treat this like a Kazakh election. I’m sure of the result, and if the votes aren’t in my favour, they’ll not be counted ;-P
