    ‘Scuse my ignorance but are you talking about HRH Queen Elizabeth II? Is Kazakhstan affiliated with our Queen?

    no, same as last year – it is a British Embassy organized do, to celebrate the Queen’s (official?) birthday. Went out again later without a suit on 🙂
