1) Shot out the window of the bus to Keukenhof (having changed forms of transport at Leiden, with a stop off to Double A, a coffeeshop a little off the beaten track. Tulip fields abound in this area. May well do a separate post for Keukenhof itself, these photos are all from a collection I posted at a couple of Amsterdam Coffeeshop forums a while back.
Here we have a pretty water fountain/sculpture at the entrance to the gardens.

Irina sat on a bench, before we split ways. She went around looking at all the pretty plants. Having smoked a few myself by this day during our vacation, I decided to mellow out on a bench.
The next couple of pictures are of the flowers to be found in Keukenhof. Ira took a lot of good snaps here, so I’ll try and dig the others out…
Ira sat in a wicker chair at a cafe where they were happy for schmoking with your meal, if you sat outside. Rock In, Roll Out apparently. Which reminds me, I’ll post up the Amsterdam POIs sometime soon.
