Before I forget (or it gets relegated to an ever increasing group of bookmarks titled “to write about”), here is a video I came across of my old hometown, Cheltenham. It focuses entirely on some of the Regency era architecture to be found in the Spa town, but it was interesting trying to work out where some of the shots were taken, and the music seemed very suitable.
If you want to see what parts of ‘nam look like, click play below, and then head on over to Cheltonia, for a brilliant series of posts on walks you can take in the area. I’m not aware of knowing the author at all, but found his video and blog when searching twitter for mentions of Cheltenham, and thought you might like it?

Wow, I know I’m biased because I was born there but Cheltenham truely is a beautiful place and this stunning video shows off some of it’s best features. Thank you for the trip down nostalgia lane, tough I must admit it doesn’t help with the battle against the homesickness 🙂
Btw, on another subject – a friendly heads up about that Dilbery Clips banner you have on the right. It plays a video advert everytime you load a new page which some people (can’t imagine who) may find annoying 🙂

Dilbert clips have been removed. I was in two minds about the pre-roll audio part of the video adverts, but I didn’t see them on the site, as they only get generated in major markets, country wise. Also, the plays recorded on the company’s statistics area vs. how many uniques I get a day from UK/US/Eur/Aus didn’t seem to match, and the income was far less than I’d hoped for, around 6c for a week!

16c for a week? Wow, you’ll soon be a millionaire lol, or not, seeing as you’ve cancelled it. Yeah, it kept playing the optus mobile advert for me so i guessed it picked up on the country’s isp as optus is Australian network. Anyway, thanks for response. I tried to be as tactful as possible but was still worried as at the end of the day I was being negative and nobody likes to hear bad stuff about their projects.

Inrecidbly tactful for you, most impressed, thank you. Anyway, I’m open to constructive criticism nearly always. Unless you’re just wrong, obviously 🙂
