The 4th of September 2009 saw this photo being taken of Anna sat up in her denim shorts. The shorts are actually a better fit than they look there – they were just pulled a bit high on Anna’s tummy. Since this shot, she can not only sit upright completely solo, she can also stand (whilst holding onto the sofa/toy box) a lot better, and walk around, when supported by furniture/parents 🙂
The rest of the photos will be spread out over the next week or so, so make sure you come back again. If baby photos aren’t your thing, I’ll be trying to add a few ‘normal’ posts along the way as well, so don’t go away 🙂

Keep taking the baby photos – they are so important – especially when you have two or three more kids!
A few tips. Get down to her level, see the world from her perspective. Avoid shooting from above. Be adventurous – shoot from below! Get her reactions to the world about her and the people she relates with. Don’t forget that the environment she is in also compliment the shot. Sorry if I am teaching my granny how to suck eggs!
As for the “normal” photos, remember that they are a history of the time that Anna is growing up in – they are equally important.

Thanks for the tips.
