A friend of mine (who obviously has no moral qualms regarding, and lives in a country with different laws relating to, copyright issues) is apparently a mere 25 minutes away from completing a download that has taken some five months to complete. All the surviving episodes of Dr Who (the early series , pre-2005 (1963-1989)) are currently taking up a large part of one of his hard drives! I look forward to seeing some of the early black and white episodes for the first time, and rewatching Sylvester McCoy and his asst. Ace once more 🙂

You are going to hate me for this – but I cannot get my head around the Dr Who phenomena – and the phrase “get a life” comes to mind. I’ll probably be murdered in my sleep tonight now !

I imagine my friend wouldn’t murder you. Just perhaps alter your PC so it refuses to work whenever Dr Who is being broadcast in Britain, eventually forcing you to sit down, watch it, and realise just how great it is. Or… maybe he’d setup the PC so Photoshop didn’t work until all episodes had been watched first 🙂
