Right, I have finally uploaded the videos shot at the Blues concert I attended Friday last, at the “Palace of Peace and Reconciliation” (or the pyramid, which is bit less of a mouthful to pronounce). Dana Gillespie and her London Blues Band were playing, and our friend Lara organized things so a few mates could attend.

I had heard that she worked with David Bowie and other stars during the 60s, and also did some film work. It wasn’t until I came across the following image that I worked out why some male friends had no problem recalling her.

Chris, thanks for publishing the vids, was a great gig, noticed the sound quality improved after the first track, finger taken off the microphone 😉 ?

Just noticed my tweets are no longer being automatically imported to this site :-< I'm posting this from the free internet terminals in Abu Dhabi, intrested to see what the user agent will reveal about these kiosks. And yes Dan, removing my finger from the microphone certainly seemed to help with the quality somewhat 🙂

My specialty at the moment is taking a video holding the Samsung in ‘portrait’ orientation, then realising it records in landscape, doh
