District of Lucky answered on my twitter feed with this link Map of Entrances. Not actually a map of where it is, but you can figure out that it’s that new thing they just built in the Central Park near the football fields and Turan (Sara-Arka) Street. Just in case anyone happens on this post also looking for the location of the National Tennis Center Daulet in Astana.
