Here is what Masimov has to say about the Customs Union. And it’s fairly technical details without any analysis or statement of opinion. In fact, I’m not sure what to make of a lot of it. For example: “Secondly, the revised norms of distribution input tariffs, the share of Kazakhstan will be 7,69% of the total in the same customs duties collected from across the TS.” (Translation by Google). Does this mean Kazakhstan will receive only 7.69% of all tariffs?
