Alser stock them in Astana, see link above. 3 different models, you’ll need to check what the difference between the last two is.

No problem, I’d be surprised if other shops didn’t stock them as well, but also not at all surprised if the sales people didn’t understand what they were, what they did, and what they were called 🙂
If you get really stuck, you could try disconnecting the ringer wire temporarily on the master phone socket. +s = possibly less interference on the line -s = very old phones won’t ring any more. So make sure you temporarily disconnect it, try calling your landline, and if it doesn’t go ring-ring, re-connect the wire. Method is used in Britain, so possible it doesn’t work here.
