It is Series 7 Episode 13, and I'm afraid I can't offer advice on how to download copyrighted material without permission. Groups that release files with names like the.west.wing.713.hdtv-lol.[VTV][EZTV].avi are obviously not sticking to the rules... On a completely seperate note, if you check my links section here, you'll find reference to sites called demonoid.com and torrentspy.com. Large torrents take a long time to download on dial up.
