When I went to Britain, I made sure to stock up on all the supplies that are not available over here in Kazakhstan. From items like the chewable multi-vitamins (as I don’t eat enough fruit and veg, these go some way to redress the balance), to flu medicines (for some reason, when I feel ill, I have an inexplicable distrust for medicines when the labels aren’t in English - irrational for sure, but there you go). Luckily Ira didn’t ask me to get any body shop supplies, as I find the selection of soaps and cosmetics overwhelming to be honest.
