Thanks to the requirements for a Schengen visa (at least I’m assuming this is Schengen-area wide, not just the Netherlands), Irina has purchased some travel insurance for upcoming holiday, so at least one of us doesn’t have to worry if anything untoward occurs in the six days we are in Amsterdam. Obviously I’m really hoping nothing bad does happen, but it is reassuring to know that we are 50% covered if it should
