The shopping centre is relatively new, but seems complete. Not sure where the hotel is/should be. I’m sure I’ll try and describe it to you when we next meet. You’ll quote some random Kazakh street names at me, and I’ll reply with “Um, yeah, the one with the flashing lights on it” or other similar vagaries 🙂
