For anyone who has not yet come across the term ‘clearing‘ in an academic scenario, it is the process where Universities with spare places on their courses match up these gaps with students who have not been able to attend their first or second choice of University. This is how I ended up down at Bournemouth rather than Cardiff for my short term academic foray following the completion of college.
In particular, this post is to do with the University of Bedfordshire - Clearing 2007 will be commencing in 3 days (Thursday August 16th until the 21st September).
