For many parents, dealing with Troubled Teens can be a difficult stage to work through. HelpForTeens.net is a site that offers advice on how to identify if you son or daughter is using drugs, and what courses of action can be taken to try and stop this behaviour.
Rather than yet another e-book written by someone out to make a quick buck, both the literature and the downloadable video are free of charge, which makes a refreshing change when compared to other schemes out there.
Within the free info, you will find sections on treatment programmes for troubled teens, schools and group homes that are specifically tailored to try and help children with drug problems. If you want to check whether the available data is applicable to your circumstances, there are details of a free telephone number you can call to discuss the documentation with knowledgeable people.
With the list of tell tale signs your child may be in danger, you should of course remember that some of the signs are also universal problems with any teenager, so do not jump to any assumptions without properly researching the situation.
The key to solving this sort of problem is early intervention - the sooner you can nip a problem in the bud, the less fall out there is likely to be.

I checked out the site you offered and had to chuckle out loud to myself as I looked through the list of warning signs. We’ve know there are problems for some time, but maybe we would have caught some of them sooner had I seen something like that. I guess it’s at least good when you are in a bad situation to know that you are not alone. Though there is still part of me that thinks this is just a phase that he’ll grow out of. Over the last year or two it seems like after every major “episode” I re check out the schools for troubled teens on eprogramsearch, but I think I may give these guys at helpforteens a call and see if we can’t do something before the new schoolyear starts. thanks.
