To Buy Or Not To Buy… That Is The Question

Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to grind all day long for your gold,
Or to take the fast route and buy wow gold online instead?

OK, so that is enough bludgeoning of the famous Shakespeare soliloquy for now. As you may have guessed, I am referring to World of Warcraft, and the practice that many players undertake to quickly boost their gold within the game. Although officially frowned upon by the game’s maker (Blizzard), most players do not have their accounts suspended, as long as they choose reputable sources for their gold.

With more than nine million players worldwide, the market is still rapidly expanding, meaning great deals for those savvy enough to research their purchases beforehand. If you are already a fan of the MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) genre, but have somehow not yet experienced WoW (World of Warcraft), then I will have to assume you have not read a gaming magazine or online forum in the last three years, as it is the most popular form of MMORPG yet released.

Whilst other sites that offer in-game gold for real world currency of course exist, there have been many reports that the Chinese based firms have virtual sweat shop conditions for their workers, of deals not completing successfully, and of course some players have found their accounts closed down by Blizzard when they have used less reputable sites. Does using GameGoods guarantee Blizzard will never close your account? Of course not, but common sense dictates that those firms who are in this business for the long run will want to ensure their customers are alive (in the in-game sense) for many years to come - their discretion is an investment in their own long term survival.
