When using the wash room in a Kazakh restaurant, there are two things to watch out for… 1) The hot water may not be connected. 2) If it is connected, you may find the tap (an example being Grohe faucets) has had the pipes reversed, or the red/blue hot/cold logo put on upside down, depending on your view point. Anyway, to ensure you don’t freeze or burn your hands, do check prior to washing your hands.
