One For Walton…

If you can’t stand the thought of net curtains at your window, have you seen the various styles that Blinds come in? Be it vertical, Kansas, roller, Roman or of course Venetian style, most homes can be improved with the simple addition of some suitable blinds. I’ve always preferred Venetian blinds, at least in the past, but I have to admit, the Kansas blinds look quite stylish - now I just need to find out what the delivery charges are for shipping to Kazakhstan :>

If you spend more than £100, they’ll even drop all (UK) delivery charges over at Terry’s Fabrics. As their prices are so low, you may want to check the other categories of items for sale - why not update the look of your house, and co-ordinate the process though one supplier? If you decide that one or two items are not quite what you were looking for, you’ll find Terry’s Fabrics offer a no-quibble returns policy. (As ever, please check the site for more details)

Still need some persuasion? Why not see what others have to say about the service offered?

Bosendorfers are like…

the Stradivarius of the Piano World
Or so says Mr Adie.

If that quote means anything to you, you’ll probably be even more aghast at the following pictures
oops a daisy bye bye piano
clang

The story is that the Two Moors Festival of music had saved up and bought a £46,000 (that’s around $90,000!) concert piano, and were overjoyed when they saw the removals van arriving to the venue.
Although insured for just over 50% of its value, the organisers are still in a state of shock over the proceedings, and the moving company are remaining predictably tight-lipped over the matter.
The man’s expression in the first photo probably tells you how they felt though.
