    Until they stopped putting semi-decent IR modules in PDAs, I was able to change channels. What I was trying to do the other night was a simple phone>>mouse setup with the laptop. It works fine, however since securing the network here, properly, I’ve been having issues with MAC address filtering not working when the hostname changes for some reason.
    That said, yes I could have just walked two metres and paused the movie from the laptop instead 🙂
