Thanks to Alex over at Dryad Musings for the heads up on her brother’s YouTube videos. If you met him in the street, with his dog in tow, your first reaction might be to get out of his way quickly, buy he is a good bloke, and passionate about things that interest him. As an example, he received a Katana (I believe from Alex) for his birthday, and in the three videos below, you can see him demonstrating his Tameshigiri (test cutting of inanimate objects with a good blade) skills.

For anyone concerned about waste, he is also a pretty fine chef, so I am sure the sliced fruits were put to good use afterwards 🙂
