If You Think It's Easy

Scared Sober?

With All Hallows’ Eve (Halloween) fast approaching, many parents will be thinking about organizing a neighbourhood party. With trick or treating often seen as too risky in some areas, more and more people are opting to invite friends and family over for a ghoul-themed evening. If anyone has knife skills, then you expect to find a carved pumpkin or two, and I remember bobbing for apples back in my cub scout days. However, what can you do if the Halloween party games are for adults a little bored of the same old parlour games?

Halloween Party Games

Luckily, Celebrations.com has the solution for you. As well as being able to supply you with all the sort of accessories you need to set the right sort of atmosphere, they are also apparently experienced experts in the field of organizing parties. My favourite is a drinking game (shocking, I’m sure ;) ) where you have to substitute numbers divisible by five with the word mash, and those divisible by three with monster. Obviously fifteen, thirty etc are divisible by both, and so the player must say Monster Mash.
I think I might just have to forget how to divide if I wanted to get a decent drink, especially as Celebration’s instructions inform players that mistakes are ‘punished’ with just a sip of your drink. I’m guessing if they told you to down your shot/pint that they’d be accused of encouraging irresponsible drinking. I suppose we could always just amend the amounts up a little. Either that, or perhaps alter the game’s instructions by making a miss of Monster Mash a double forfeit?

So, head on over and see how you become inspired to keep your guests entertained :)
