For any statistics nuts out there, I can now proudly release this blog’s fresh numbers…
It now has a (Google) PageRank of 4, an Alexa Traffic Rank of 834,837 and Technorari currntly rank this blog at 207,369.

These figures are quite an improvement over just a few weeks ago, but if I wanted to increase traffic to this site, and therefore potentially back links etc., one company now offers a novel approach to Web Directories - web bidding.

What it breaks down to is, the more you are willing to pay, the higher the BigWebLinks will place your link in their listings.
Given that their directory already has a PageRank of 7, if I had some cash to spare right now, I’d certainly be looking into how far up the listing I could place this blog.
