		<description>I've not run tests in Britain, but over here at least, OpenDNS have proven more reliable and quicker for lookups.
Not sure if that is the correct technical term, but you know what I mean...</description>

		<description>Did you try to use a different set of DNS? 
Back then it might just have been that as opposed to network hardware faults, though this time it definitely wasn't that simple.
OpenDNS works well enough for me :)</description>

The ten days I was in Astana this spring, I  encountered similar problems with nudnik.ru, coprophagous.ru and several other blogs.

The tech support guy told me with a thick southern accent that I “haven’t unlocked access to all the sites”. Probable he thought that Megaline is some kind of fricking MMORPG.

Luckily I didn’t need to do anything with those sites except for reading, so hidemyass.com saved my, er, bacon.

Then I returned to Moscow and forgot about this as if it was a nightmare.</description>
