This is very impressive. I don’t really know what I expected but definitely less than what you have here. Then I suppose potatoes being a staple food you will eat them at a fair rate 🙂

Not as big a harvest as some years, but I don’t think they sowed as many this time around 🙂 Quite glad TBH.

I’m NO gardening geek, however I think it is so when they are stored for the winter, they won’t go mouldy, as they are obviously a little moist on the outside, immediately after being dug up from the earth. At some point Irina will probably see the new comments on this post, and correct me if I’m wrong.

You’re right. Googled “crop drying” and learned that it’s an important step in prepping crops for storage. It was a dumb question–should be pretty obvious. 🙂
