Oxygen Levels and Pulse Rate

Never having come across the term a ‘pulse oximeter‘, I had to look it up. Apparently he clue is in the name, as the device is used to measure a patient’s oxygen levels and pulse rate. They are used within hospitals, clinics, or simply at home by a patient who wishes to chart their progress. Not just ill people use them though, sports men and women who need to check their progress through training.
