One of the things you notice when you walk into a furnishing store, here in Kazakhstan, is the amount of office furniture that is in the same area as home furniture. At first this looked a little odd to my eyes, though it certainly has it benefits when it comes to choosing items for a study or multi purpose living room - you suddenly have a lot more choice in styles etc. than before.
