Location, Location, (Re)Location

(USA Relevant)

When we moved to Kazakhstan, we obviously took as much as we could in our luggage on the plane, however we did require international shipping for many heavy items and all the bulky winter clothes etc.
It would have been handy to had a moving guide, as international moving can be a real headache if you do not know which moving companies are reputable. We were lucky with our relocation, as all the items bar a glass pint mug made it unscathed, and the Kazakh customs authorities only opened up one box to check their contents matched our itinerary.
Relocation.com is a good example of a site that lays out all the relevant data you need, without overloading you with superfluous information, or excessive sales pitches. All you need to do is enter your current ZIP code, where you are heading, and the approximate amount of items you will need moved, and the system works out the rest for you.
You can also find many other related topics all based at the same site, such as auto transport, for when you just need a car moved from one area to another. So, whether you need relocation services next week, or just want to test the waters for a potential future move, check the site out and see just what is on offer.
