If my brother is reading this post, I have a suggestion for your next cocktail inventing evening. Take some rum, a little orange or pineapple juice and grenadine, slowly add in a whisked egg and a generous double shot of gin, and then strain and serve to your unsuspecting friends. It might taste vile (I’m sure they will let you know, if so), in which case, my apologies, but if not, you could call the drink a “royal caribbean” or something similar…
