2) What kind of security it could be, if KZ going to work with China on the same topic, perhaps Iran maybe on its way. I assuming that security would be better exactly if KZ will became a share holder. Well, politics, politics...
Just guessing... KZ as itself not a treat (threat?), if work it right, I still think it would be beneficial for the both sides. Even security wise...
