Yes, I just wiki-ed, and there was a 29th of February this year. Perhaps this is how the site below can justify their online support chat facility being shut, despite a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year claim. 24 hours spread out even through the year would give the support staff just under four minutes every day where they can all grab a coffee/fag break without breaking their promise!
