Part of the reason I get so wound up is that there is a greater choice of shops/services to choose from, just not a lot to distinguish them - sure you do find the odd exception, but the attitude towards customers is still lagging behind somewhat...</description>

		<description>I've ordered from CD Baby, and yes, they are on top of the personal communications thing.  Tell John to expect a very nice follow-up e-mail in about a week, to see if everything's ok with the order. Service with a (virtual) smile.  Because in America, there are waaay too many choices for limited numbers of consumers.  The exact opposite of the Soviet way.</description>
