		<description>Makes sure you remember to encode to 320x240... I didn't follow my own advice and wasted a day of editing and uploading. If details is important, EITHER crop or add black borders. Otherwise YouTube will murder your video quality, if you leave the resizing to them.
You don't need to worry as much about cropping/letterboxing if your source video has the same AR as 320x240. My camcorder (720x576) doesn't. Ooops.</description>
