If Dad reads this, have you started using the new camera yet? Any joy with accessing the photos on your PC? For everyone else, how have you found the transition from the traditional film based cameras to today’s digital cameras? Personally, the ability to just keep clicking away shots, and then sort out the duds later is a lot cheaper now, since memory cards can just be used and reused. That and the ability to print out photos at home, edit out red eye, and crop out the unwanted details have opened up a lot of avenues.
