Not sure what they are doing this year... We noticed the building work going on when we went over to the Chelsea pub last week - I was shocked to find some areas were even taped off to keep pedestrians safe! I heard that Friday was a special children's day. When I ran through the park on Saturday I thought it was for the big Astana birthday celebration.
