Each person’s needs are unique. The same applies for web sites.
If you find you need your site’s search engine results to improve, and need more traffic, you’ll either need to work really hard, learn from your mistakes, and try and improve.
Or to achieve Top Google Rankings you could try out Apogee Search.
Whether you target other businesses, or directly to your customers, Apogee should be able to help you achieve your cyber-aims.
I imagine you’ll want to know more about them first, so in the spirit of blogging, why not check their blog out? When you see the quality of free advice offered there, you should be able to imagine the results you’d get by actually employing the company to look specifically at your own needs and appropriate solutions.
I particularly found there “Why I’m not a Fan of Google Sitemaps” entry interesting, and it raises a point I’d not even considered before. As you can see from my plugins in use list in the right column of the home page, I automatically submit my sitemap to Google. However, this then means I’m not easily able to tell which of my pages and posts will make it into the index under their own steam. Without the correct linking system in place (WordPress does this well, IMHO, but non-blog sites need to pay particular attention to this issue), you pages could end up in the dreaded supplemental results section (sometimes referred to as the sandbox, not to be confused with SandBox available with Google’s AdSense scheme). If any of their terms aren’t immediately clear, don’t worry they have a glossary :>
I’ll leave you with Apogee’s current headline on their front page ‘Customers not Clicks’
Any thoughts/experience with this company? Please do leave a comment.
