		<description>Chris, just a tip for your inevitable fascination with car crashes outside your window - photo shops (here at least) manufacture a small "bean bag" type of thing for nature photographers. A small bag of beans would do. Place it on your balcony rail and rest the camera on it. It takes away all the handshake. Another thing people do quite commonly is to breath out as they are taking a photo. Stop breathing! At least for the time you are taking the shot. If you can, set the camera to aperture priority, and open it up to one stop below its maximum. Speed will then be dictated by ambient light. In the case of the drivers fighting - get within three metres, use flash - then run like fuck !</description>
